Radio 1's Bethan Elfyn and See Monkey Do Monkey present The Moles live at Buffalo Bar! To celebrate the latest signing to See Monkey Do Monkey Recordings, we're putting on a night with Bethan Elfyn with The Moles, The Method, Houdini Dax and The Broken Vinyl Club, for an incredible celebration of new music in the heart of Cardiff.

But who are The Moles? Rumours have been circulating around Bristol for many months about a band that have rejuvenated and reinvented psych/garage in a way not heard for decades. Rumours spread, and soon this band was heading out all over the place, causing a big raucous in their wake. Had we not witnessed them first hand, we would've dismissed this gossip as wishful thinking. However, the rumours were true, The Moles are here, and See Monkey Do Monkey want to show you why we're so excited!

The four piece have become synonymous with being an impossibly tight, incredibly musical, and imaginatively dressed bunch of Garage Gods. Billy Fuller, the bands bassist, has previously won a Grammy with Robert Plant as well as being in BEAK with Geoff Barrow, whilst Brin Davis is a modern day psych wizard! Then once you add in the drums of the unbelievably talented Steve Dew (Fuzz Against Junk), and the so-cool-it-should-be-illegal guitar playing of Dan Chandler, we are left with one of the most exciting bands we've ever had the pleasure of meeting.

So, to celebrate The Moles becoming part of See Monkey Do Monkey, we're putting on a night just for them! With support from our already amazing roster of bands such as The Method, Houdini Dax and The Broken Vinyl Club, The Moles will show to Cardiff just why we're gushing so much, and we've even got Radio 1's Bethan Elfyn on board, just shows how impressive these guys really are! The night will be on the 1st July, in Buffalo Bar, with the live show followed by a DJ set from the Mod legends that are Cafe A-Go-Go.
